Sticky Balsamic is a regional family owned and operated business, founded in 2013 by our ex-chef owner. Starting with five varieties, the product range has now expanded to over 18! Focusing on product innovation and producing the highest quality products, Sticky Balsamic is now Australia's most awarded balsamic manufacturer with over 100 medals and awards including the coveted Australian Brand Award for Innovation in the Consumer Product category. Focusing on small batch manufacturing and supporting Australian businesses, Sticky Balsamic proudly continues to source local ingredients wherever possible.
